Silver ages with time especially when it's not worn regularly. To maintain the luster of your jewelry, place it in resealable poly bags/ air-tight containers to prevent it from oxidation. A gentle wipe before storing is recommended. Avoid direct contact with moisture/perfumes. We provide powder for repolishing plain silver jewelry at home.

Gold plated jewelry

Gold plated jewelry shouldn’t be exposed to chlorinated or salty water. It is recommended to remove jewelry before swimming in pools, hot tubs or the sea. Body oils and sweat can also impact gold plating. To prevent this, wipe the jewelry down or clean it regularly to get rid of these pollutants. Cleaning your gold-plated jewelry regularly is important to prolong its life. Avoid any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Returns/Repairs/Exchange

We DO NOT replace or refund items.

Replacements will be made for a damaged or broken piece up to 24 hours from the time of receipt/purchase, due to manufacturing or transit issues on our part. Items to be returned are required to be new and unused, in its original packaging.

We do repair and maintenance for jewelry purchased from us. The cost of which will be a minimum of Rs. 500 and to & from transit charges.

Purity Card and Stamp

Each piece is crafted in Sterling silver ,alloys used are nickel and lead free. Our pieces come with a purity card ,and are stamped 925.

Customization and Revamping

Older or inherited pieces should always remain keepsakes, though they remain in our possession, it's great to refashion/alter them to today's trends for regular wear.

We provide customization in gold /white gold and revamping options

Repolishing and replating

Diamonds last forever, and jewelry should too, while we are active and outgoing that results in wear, while we may be cautious , timely maintenance can add to the longevity of your favourite pieces.
